Sebastian Eble

Sebastian Eble, LL.M. studied law at the University of Kiel and completed his Master of Law at the University of San Francisco. After being admitted to the bar in 2002, he started working for a renowned intellectual property law firm where he worked until June 2017. Sebastian Eble changed then in July 2017 as partner to another well known law firm before joining the law firm VON HAVE FEY as partner in external partnership in January 2024. His legal activities focus on trademark, competition, copyright and design law. 

Sebastian Eble advises and represents in particular companies of the fashion and chemical industry and medium-sized enterprises. Sebastian he acts both as a “classic” litigator and as a consultant. The JUVE handbook and the Handelsblatt continuously identify Sebastian Eble as a frequently recommended attorney in the area of trademark and competition law:
