Sebastian Graalfs

Sebastian Graalfs is a specialist lawyer in copyright and media law. His areas of expertise are in contract, copyright and press law. His practice focuses on the legal representation of artists, particularly in the fields of film, music, comedy, advertising, photography, books and podcasts. He has many years of experience as a litigator and is a lecturer at the Babelsberg Film University Konrad Wolf and the Ostkreuzschule - Schule für Fotografie und Bildredaktion. Before joining VON HAVE FEY as a partner, he was with the Hamburg law firm Meinking Harder-Prinz Graalfs. Prior to that, he was an attorney with the law firm Schertz Bergmann for over ten years, specialising in entertainment and press law.
